Biscayne River House sits directly on the Miami River — not near the water, on it. Step outside and you are on a private dock with the city skyline ahead and nothing between you and open water. This is Miami as most people never experience it: quiet, private, entirely yours.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests comfortably. The private pool, covered outdoor dining area, and BBQ make the property as much about staying in as going out. Kayaks and paddleboards are available at the dock.

Life on the Miami River

Mornings here have a particular rhythm. Coffee on the dock while the river wakes up. The city hum in the distance, water flat and still. Take out a kayak, cast a line, or do nothing at all — the dock is yours.

At night, string lights over the pool. The skyline reflected on the water. Dinner on the covered terrace, the kind of evening Miami does best: warm, unhurried, with no reason to leave.

Garcia’s Seafood Grille is a 10-minute walk along the river. Wynwood Walls is 15 minutes north. Little Havana is 10 minutes west. Miami Beach is 25 minutes east. Everywhere worth being — with a private dock to come home to.
